How to order

More than one certificate

and save on shipping!

• Shipping (and handling) is charged only on the FIRST item of any product sent to a given address.
  • Additional certificates carry NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING when sent to the same address.
  • Gold gift tubes are each mailed inside a larger, plain tube. Shipping must be paid multiple times for multiple gold tubes.
• In our shopping cart software, it is difficult to handle this rule automatically.
• So if you want to buy more than one item, just follow the very simple steps below.

Step 1: Put certificate #1 into your shopping cart

Click on the "Buy it Now!" button for your region: USA, Canada, or Other. (Go ahead! You can do that now in any box below.)

A new window will open and you will see something like this. The shipping charge ($2.50, for example) is INCLUDED in the price (12.00 + 2.50 = 14.50):

Step 2: Click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to this page

Step 3: Put item #2 into your shopping cart

The price of the new item will be lower -- there is no additional shipping/handling charge when shipping to the same address. For example:

Step 4: Adjust the quantity (if you want to buy more than 2)

Don't adjust the quantity of the item with the shipping included (the line with $14.50) -- otherwise you'll pay shipping more than once! Instead, adjust the number of "2nd or more" items, then click Recalculate Order.

[This assumes that all of your certificates are going to a single address. If you want to ship to two different locations, see the special instructions below.]

Step 5: Don't forget the gold gift tubes!

Add as many of these as you'd like. Remember each gold gift tube ships inside its own brown shipping tube, so you have to pay a shipping charge for each gold gift tube you order.

Step 6: Check out

Click the Secure Checkout button (in the shopping cart window) and follow instructions. IMPORTANT: On the shipping page there is a box for "Additional shipping notes." Use that box to enter the name(s) you want printed on the certificate(s) -- and (if applicable) which name goes on which certificate.

You will be asked to choose a shipping option... don't worry, the price is zero (unless you want delivery by Express Mail). Then sit back and relax until your delightful merchandise arrives! We'll e-mail you when we receive your order, and again once we ship it.

Priority shipping is available for an additional $15. These items are shipped Express Mail in the U.S. (delivery in 1 to 2 days), or International Priority Mail otherwise.

Step 7: Shipping outside the U.S.A. and Canada

The shopping cart software we use only officially handles shipping to the U.S.A. and Canada. But don't worry... if your shipping information doesn't fit properly into the cart's Ship To options, add details using the "Additional Shipping Notes" box.

Multiple shipping addresses, Special instructions, etc. If you order more than one certificate, you might want to have them sent to different addresses. If so, use the Additional Shipping Notes box to list the addresses or give special instructions (illustration at right). This box is at the bottom of the first page during the checkout process. Remember that you pay Shipping once for EACH address -- but only once for that address. But if you want more than one gold mailing tube, you pay one shipping charge for each tube. EXAMPLE: Let's say you want 3 certificates sent to your home in the USA (with 2 gold tubes), 1 sent to your brother-in-law in France, and 2 sent to your sister in Canada. For such an order, you would do this:

• Click on the "Add to Cart" button with U.S.A. shipping. (-U)
• Adjust the quantity of certificates with U.S.A. shipping from 1 to 2.
• Click on the "Add to Cart" button with Foreign shipping. (-F)
• Click on the "Add to Cart" button with Canada shipping. (-C)
• Click on the "Add to Cart" button for gold gift tubes. (GG)
• Adjust the quantity of gold gift tubes from 1 to 2.
• Click on the "Add to Cart" button for 3 additional certificates (-2)
(2 extra sent to the USA and 1 extra sent to Canada).

Because you're shipping to ONE address in each of the THREE shipping zones, you pay shipping once for each zone. Because each gold tube must be packed separately, you pay shipping twice for the tubes sent to the U.S.A. address. Because additional certificates receive free shipping when included in those shipments, you pay no shipping for the additional certificates.
